Bodmando Consulting Group

We will facilitate discussions with your organizational and programme staff

We will facilitate discussions with your organizational and programme staff including the board of directors to design and deliver programmes, from conception, design, implementation to review. The SMART goal methodology is used to establish the programme goals and objectives. The program description is assessed to determine how well the programme goals and objectives meet the SMART criteria:

Critical questions in the Programme Design Methodology

  • What are the unmet community needs?
  • What is the anticipated organizational contribution to solving of the identified community need?
  • What is the programme theory of change?
  • What constitutes the market for the organizational program?
  • What are the goals and objectives of the organisation and program?
  • How will success be measured by the organization and what is the benchmark?
  • How will the program contribute to advancement of the organizational mission?
  • What are the requisite resources before the programme launch?
