Mr. Tiishekwa Leonald is a Ugandan research professional with strong research programme management experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Makerere University in Uganda. Mr. Tiishekwa brings 10 years of experience in various organizations stretching from the World Food Programme, Stockholm University-Sweden, Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC), Infectious Diseases Institute (I.D.I), Stockholm University-Sweden to the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) amongst others. His experiences stretch from the humanitarian to the non-humanitarian contexts and at both national and international level. He also brings a strong understanding of operational management of research activities and has the mantle of ensuring operational excellence of our research and evaluation projects in the Middle East and North African region.
