Implementation science makes clear that planning, capacity building, and thoughtful implementation are as important to achieving desired outcomes as the selection of the right intervention (Durlak & DuPre, 2008; Fixsen, Naoom, Blase, Friedman, & Wallace, 2005). Bodmando supports the design of implementation plans with clear protocols for preparing an agency, building of organisational capacity, and rolling out of interventions to ensure implementation success. While working with organisational leaders, staff and board, we design tools, conduct training needs assessments, tailor trainings based on the identified gaps and support the development of action plans for continuous improvement.
