Biography
Ms. Gorreth is the acting Board Chair for Bodmando Consulting Group, with qualifications in public health and health services management. She has a diverse background in the health sector, focusing on adolescent sexual and reproductive health. Her experience spans both clinical and operational management of sexual and reproductive health programs. Gorreth is passionate about advocating for young people’s rights and improving their health and well-being. She has led the design and implementation of youth-friendly services, providing universal access to sexual and reproductive health information, products, and services across over 12 districts and 40 public health facilities in Uganda. During her time at Naguru Teenage Information and Health Centre, she contributed significantly to the establishment of youth clubs and capacity-building for peer educators. Gorreth has worked with prominent donors such as UNFPA, SIDA, KCCA, GILEAD Sciences, Global Affairs Canada, and the Cotton On Foundation. As the Board Chair, she oversees key initiatives that enhance value and impact for clients globally.

Ms. Gorreth has extensive experience in adolescent sexual and reproductive health, currently serving as the Project Officer in-charge of Medical Services at Naguru Teenage Information and Health Centre since 2015. She develops and oversees guidelines for quality service delivery, ensures youth-friendly healthcare, and coordinates community mobilization efforts. Previously, from 2008 to 2014, she was responsible for pregnancy-related services, supervising midwives and providing antenatal, family planning, and HIV counseling services. Earlier, in 2003, she worked as a Volunteer Registered Midwife at Kampala Dispensary City Council Health Centre, providing antenatal and maternity care.

She has been instrumental in developing teaching materials and training caregivers and parents on caregiving, child protection, and early learning. Oliver is recognized for her contributions to the creation of ECD improvement plans and the dissemination of early childhood development curricula in numerous pre-primary schools. Her passion lies in ensuring that children receive a meaningful start to life by gaining access to quality, age-appropriate education that fosters their development and well-being.

Dr. Odimbe David Bwire is a distinguished Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research at Bodmando Consulting Group, with over 12 years of extensive experience in global health consulting and evaluation. Based in Uganda, he has worked with international NGOs, local NGOs, government agencies, the private sector, and UN organizations including UNICEF, UNDP, and UNESCO. Dr. Bwire is currently a PhD candidate in Public Health at the University of Central Nicaragua and holds a Master of Public Health, a Master of Science in Health Services Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. His expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative research methods, evidenced by his leadership in high-profile evaluations such as the Baseline evaluation of the Bloom project funded by Aidsfonds Netherlands and meta-evaluations for USAID-funded studies. Known for his multidisciplinary approach, Dr. Bwire excels in advanced evaluation techniques including contribution analysis and outcome mapping. In his role, he directs and enhances our monitoring and evaluation strategies, ensuring rigorous research initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Over the past 10 years, Leonald has worked with a range of esteemed organizations, including the World Food Programme, Stockholm University-Sweden, the Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC), the Infectious Diseases Institute (I.D.I), and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). His career spans both humanitarian and non-humanitarian contexts at national and international levels. Leonald brings a deep understanding of the operational management of research activities and is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our research and evaluation projects in the Middle East and North African regions.

Emmanuel O is the Senior Evaluation Partner at our organization, specializing in Governance, Human Rights, and Migration. With a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Emmanuel has significant experience in research, data collection, and analysis. His career includes roles with government and UN organizations, including UNESCO and the Uganda Road Fund, where he managed M&E assessments and facilitated stakeholder engagement at various levels. Fluent in English and Kiswahili, he is adept with survey tools such as ODK and Kobo Toolbox, and data analysis software including SPSS, MS Excel, and NVivo. Emmanuel’s expertise is integral to leading our evaluations in these critical areas.

Suzan’s diverse experience spans clinical care and the evaluation of health programmes, contributing significantly to the strategic excellence of Bodmando Consulting Group’s M&E projects. Her role as a board member supports the organization’s strategic goals and enhances the effectiveness of its health-related evaluations.

With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in capacity building for researchers, data collection, and analysis, as well as report writing. Dr. Ivan has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Kampala International University Eastern Campus. He is a seasoned peer reviewer for an international journal, bringing expertise in research communication and peer review. His role in communications management involves overseeing the dissemination of research findings and enhancing the effectiveness of our communication strategies.

His background includes capacity building for researchers, data collection, and analysis, as well as report writing.
