Not Just Another Consulting Firm
Bodmando Consulting Group started not just as another research and evaluation consulting firm but as an enterprise for inventive ideation through north-south collaboration. As a proudly women-led organization operating at the gender and climate nexus, Bodmando has quickly made its mark in the consulting industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise since 2020.
Bodmando has partnered with donors, governments, communities, local and international NGOs to design, implement and review community development projects. Our participatory approach ensures that all stakeholders are engaged, fostering collaboration and inclusivity in every project we undertake.

A Women led Organization
As a women led organization, we have now grown to 15 full time and part time staff spread across the world including a pool of over 1000 multidisciplinary consultants and our professionals come from the communities that we serve giving us a unique understanding of how to engage and create a lasting change.

Our Services
Our expertise is premised on systems thinking, intersectionality and human centered design and our thematic areas of focus have grown to include education, global health, gender, youth and social inclusion, clean energy, climate change, security, agriculture, markets, technology, finance, social protection, governance, human rights and migration. We offer a wide range of services that include monitoring, evaluation and learning, policy and strategic advisory, programme design, institutional strengthening, capacity building and the development of toolkits for projects and programmes.

Our Company History
Establishment
Bodmando was founded in 2020 not just as another consulting firm but as an enterprise for inventive ideation through north-south collaboration. It was founded by two women, a public health professional and a social worker with a vision of promoting social change through gender transformative research and innovation.
Growth and Expansion
Bodmando grew and expanded to a team of 15 staff spread across Africa, South Asia and the MENA Region with a consulting pool of over 1000 technical experts across more than 100 countries
