Ms. Gorreth has a diverse and extensive background in public health, with a primary focus on adolescent sexual and reproductive health. Since 2015, she has served as the Project Officer in charge of Medical Services at Naguru Teenage Information and Health Centre, where she develops and oversees guidelines for quality service delivery, ensures the provision of youth-friendly healthcare, and coordinates community mobilization initiatives. Her leadership has enabled universal access to sexual and reproductive health information, products, and services across over 12 districts and 40 public health facilities in Uganda. Previously, from 2008 to 2014, she led pregnancy-related services, supervising midwives and providing antenatal care, family planning, and HIV counseling. Her early career as a Volunteer Registered Midwife at Kampala Dispensary City Council Health Centre in 2003 laid the foundation for her dedication to maternal and reproductive health. Ms. Gorreth has worked with esteemed donors and organizations, including UNFPA, SIDA, KCCA, GILEAD Sciences, Global Affairs Canada, and the Cotton On Foundation. She has been instrumental in establishing youth clubs, building capacity for peer educators, and driving the development of youth-focused health programs. As the Acting Board Chair for Bodmando Consulting Group, she leverages her extensive expertise to oversee initiatives that enhance global impact and value for clients.

Ms. Oliver brings over a decade of professional experience in Early Childhood Development (ECD), with a focus on pre-primary education. She has developed and disseminated age-appropriate teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes, trained caregivers and parents in caregiving, child protection, and early learning strategies, and supported the creation and implementation of ECD improvement plans to strengthen education systems. Through collaboration with educators, caregivers, and stakeholders, she has actively advocated for access to quality education. Her work emphasizes the holistic development of young children, ensuring they receive the foundational learning opportunities essential for lifelong success.

Odimbe is a distinguished senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Consultant from Uganda with over 12 years of extensive experience in working with the United Nations, government, international NGOs, local NGOs, and the private sector. He is a PhD candidate of Public Health at the University of Central Nicaragua and holds a Master of Public Health, Master of Science in Health Services Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Planning and Management amongst several other academic credentials. A highly recognized professional in the African M&E sector, he has successfully led monitoring and evaluation (M&E) initiatives for projects ranging from $10 million to over $40 million, spanning across more than 16 countries, including challenging and volatile contexts such as South Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Ethiopia, the DRC, and Nigeria. Odimbe’s expertise lies in providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership for M&E interventions supported by renowned bilateral and multilateral donors, including the European Union, USAID/BHA, BMZ, the United Nations, FCDO, SIDA, Global Affairs Canada, and others. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering impactful evaluations that drive decision-making and improve program outcomes. His vast portfolio covers diverse thematic areas, including education, health, gender and women’s empowerment, agriculture, security and information systems, peacebuilding, democracy and human rights, climate change, food security and livelihoods, civic engagement, socioeconomic empowerment, decent work, and child protection. Odimbe’s commitment to delivering quality, evidence-driven insights has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the African M&E sector.

She holds a PhD in Energy Economics and Governance from Makerere University, a Master’s of Science in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University. Among other roles, Brendah is a Lecturer at Makerere University Business School. She has also worked as a Renewable Energy Consultant for organizations such as WWF and Ecological Christian Organization (ECO), Danish Church Aid (DCA), and the World Resources Institute (WRI), where she led projects focusing on renewable energy development and capacity building,

Dr. Dan Makosa, is a seasoned Agriculture and Livelihoods Specialist with extensive experience in sustainable agriculture, livelihoods development, resilience building, climate-smart practices, and food security across Uganda and beyond. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Tokyo University of Agriculture, a Master’s in Agricultural Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Sciences from Makerere University. Dr. Makosa has served as a Lead Consultant and Technical Evaluator for organizations such as the World Food Programme (WFP), UNDP, FAO, and the World Bank, where he contributed to key projects in sustainable livelihoods, agricultural development, and climate adaptation. He has also authored several peer-reviewed publications focusing on agricultural value chains, rural development, and market integration in East Africa.
