Sustainable, inclusive market systems are those where disadvantaged people are able to utilize the prevailing opportunities to find economic opportunities in a value chain and to generate a decent income. This is possible through the strengthening of all market actors and their inter-relationships. It includes companies, workers, Civil Society Organizations and regulators in a value chain in addition to the legal frameworks that tame their behavior and the forces of supply and demand.
