Biography
Ms. Gorreth has a diverse and extensive background in public health, with a primary focus on adolescent sexual and reproductive health. Since 2015, she has served as the Project Officer in charge of Medical Services at Naguru Teenage Information and Health Centre, where she develops and oversees guidelines for quality service delivery, ensures the provision of youth-friendly healthcare, and coordinates community mobilization initiatives. Her leadership has enabled universal access to sexual and reproductive health information, products, and services across over 12 districts and 40 public health facilities in Uganda.
Previously, from 2008 to 2014, she led pregnancy-related services, supervising midwives and providing antenatal care, family planning, and HIV counseling. Her early career as a Volunteer Registered Midwife at Kampala Dispensary City Council Health Centre in 2003 laid the foundation for her dedication to maternal and reproductive health.
Ms. Gorreth has worked with esteemed donors and organizations, including UNFPA, SIDA, KCCA, GILEAD Sciences, Global Affairs Canada, and the Cotton On Foundation. She has been instrumental in establishing youth clubs, building capacity for peer educators, and driving the development of youth-focused health programs. As the Acting Board Chair for Bodmando Consulting Group, she leverages her extensive expertise to oversee initiatives that enhance global impact and value for clients.

Biography
Ms. Oliver brings over a decade of professional experience in Early Childhood Development (ECD), with a focus on pre-primary education. She has developed and disseminated age-appropriate teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes, trained caregivers and parents in caregiving, child protection, and early learning strategies, and supported the creation and implementation of ECD improvement plans to strengthen education systems. Through collaboration with educators, caregivers, and stakeholders, she has actively advocated for access to quality education. Her work emphasizes the holistic development of young children, ensuring they receive the foundational learning opportunities essential for lifelong success.

Ms. Anna M is the Executive Director of Bodmando Consulting Group, a role she approaches with a strong commitment to value creation and impactful leadership. With decades of executive management experience, Anna is at the forefront of driving the organization’s strategic vision, fostering partnerships, and co-creating solutions that address intergenerational poverty, gender inequality, health, and social injustice. Her dedication and expertise position her as a catalyst for meaningful change across diverse sectors, including NGOs, governments, donors, and the private sector.
Biography
Odimbe is a distinguished senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Consultant from Uganda with over 12 years of extensive experience in working with governments, international NGOs, local NGOs, and the private sector. A highly recognised professional in the African M&E sector, he has successfully led monitoring and evaluation (M&E) initiatives for projects ranging from $10 million to over $40 million, spanning across more than 16 countries, including challenging and volatile contexts such as South Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Ethiopia, the DRC, and Nigeria. Odimbe’s expertise lies in providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership for M&E interventions supported by renowned bilateral and multilateral donors, including the European Union, USAID/BHA, BMZ, the United Nations, FCDO, SIDA, Global Affairs Canada, and others. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering impactful evaluations that drive decision-making and improve program outcomes.
Throughout his career, Odimbe has served as a team leader or assistant team leader on numerous multi-country and multi-thematic evaluations, employing participatory and mixed-methods approaches. His vast portfolio covers diverse thematic areas, including education, health, gender and women’s empowerment, agriculture, security and information systems, peacebuilding, democracy and human rights, climate change, food security and livelihoods, civic engagement, socioeconomic empowerment, decent work, and child protection. He is well-versed in participatory rural appraisal methods and a wide range of evaluation methodologies such as contribution analysis, most significant change, outcome harvesting, propensity score matching, and outcome mapping. Odimbe’s commitment to delivering quality, evidence-driven insights has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the African M&E sector.

Mr. Leonald Tiishekwa is a Senior Evaluation Partner at Bodmando Consulting Group, with over a decade of experience in research program management. A Ugandan national, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University. Leonald is committed to delivering operational excellence in research and evaluation projects, with a particular focus on the Middle East and North African regions. His work spans both humanitarian and non-humanitarian contexts, reflecting his extensive expertise in managing complex research initiatives across diverse settings.

Leonald Tiishekwa has an impressive 10-year career in research program management, marked by his contributions to esteemed organizations such as the World Food Programme, Stockholm University-Sweden, the Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC), the Infectious Diseases Institute (I.D.I), and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). His experience covers national and international contexts, including humanitarian and non-humanitarian settings. Leonald specializes in the operational management of research activities, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of projects, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in the Middle East and North African regions.

Emmanuel O is the Senior Evaluation Partner at Bodmando Consulting Group, with expertise in Governance, Human Rights, and Migration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. With extensive experience in research, data collection, and analysis, Emmanuel has worked with government and UN organizations, including UNESCO and the Uganda Road Fund. Fluent in English and Kiswahili, he is skilled in using tools like ODK, Kobo Toolbox, SPSS, MS Excel, and NVivo, contributing significantly to the organization’s evaluation projects in critical governance and human rights sectors.

Nantale Suzan is an Evaluation Partner at Bodmando Consulting Group, bringing extensive expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and health promotion. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion. Suzan’s diverse experience in clinical care and health programme evaluation strengthens the strategic oversight and effectiveness of the organization’s M&E projects. Her role as a board member further supports Bodmando Consulting Group’s mission to deliver impactful and sustainable health solutions.

Dr. Walufu Ivan Egessa is the Head of Rango Publishers and serves as our Communications Manager. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in capacity building for researchers, data collection, and analysis, as well as report writing. Dr. Ivan has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Kampala International University Eastern Campus. He is a seasoned peer reviewer for an international journal, bringing expertise in research communication and peer review. His role in communications management involves overseeing the dissemination of research findings and enhancing the effectiveness of our communication strategies.
