Part of our organisational objectives is to empower women, girls, and all individuals at risk of exclusion within the communities in which we work to demand for integrity, involvement in building institutions to promote an open, accountable and responsive environment to their needs and expectations. We support the crafting of Theories of Change and a list of indicators to track progress in achieving gender equality and social inclusion outcomes.
We utilize a mix of quantitative and qualitative indicators that are used to support measurement of progress towards social goals. By working collaboratively with institutions, we identify the root causes of gender inequality and social exclusion and co-create solutions that are of contextual basis and which arrest the root causes of inequality. This ensures that everybody; the disabled, refugees, women, girls and orphans alike enjoy the benefits of development programmes.
