Bodmando conducts intersectional analysis through the use of frameworks for conceptualization of persons, groups of people, or social problems by considering people’s overlapping identities and experiences in order to understand the complexity of prejudices they face. Intersectionality allows us to understand the level of discrimination of certain groups of individuals within the community. These can include adolescents, women and girls, the  disabled, refugees amongst others. We use a number of frameworks  allowing us to shape the direction of programmes and activities for the good of communities in their entirety.
