We support the  collection and analysis of the internal and external environment surrounding and organisation. It promotes an understanding of organizational and programme capabilities, communities, and operational environment. We collect, organize, and evaluate the programme/organisational environment using a combination of techniques such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, SPECTRUM analysis amongst others.
