Emmanuel is a seasoned researcher with vast experience in research/proposal writing, data collection and analysis, corporate governance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Project Planning and Management. He is a holder of a Bachelors degree in Development Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. His major experience lies in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation. Emmanuel has served in diverse government and United Nations organisations such as UNESCO and Uganda Road Fund where he oversaw the design and implementation of M&E assessments and dissemination to diverse stakeholders at national and subnational level. He brings profound expertise in the use of survey tools such as ODK, Kobo Tool box and data analysis tools such as SPSS, MS Excel and Nvivo. He is fluent in English and Kiswahilli. Emmanuel is tasked with overseeing our Governance, Human Rights and Migration division
