Bodmando started in 2020 with two women, a public health professional and a social worker who started to change the world by addressing gender inequality through research and innovation.

Bodmando Consulting Group, a proudly women-led organization, has quickly made its mark in the consulting industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise in just 4 ½ years. With a strong foundation in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Capacity Strengthening we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, evidence-based solutions that drive sustainable development.
Under the leadership of visionary women, Bodmando has partnered with donors, local partners , international partners and NGOs to design and implement transformative projects. Our participatory approach ensures that all stakeholders are engaged, fostering collaboration and inclusivity in every project we undertake.

As a women led organization, we have now grown to 15 full time and part time staff spread across the world including a pool of over 1000 multidisciplinary consultants and our professionals come from the communities that we serve giving us a unique understanding of how to engage and create a lasting change.

Our Services
Our expertise is premised on systems thinking, intersectionality and human centered design and our thematic areas of focus have grown to include education, global health, gender, youth and social inclusion, climate change, agriculture, markets, technology, finance, social protection, governance, human rights and migration. We offer a wide range of services that include monitoring, evaluation and learning, policy and strategic advisory, programme design, institutional strengthening, capacity building and the development of toolkits for projects and programmes.
